Eating protein, limiting simple carbs and going for a long walk each day does me a world of good!
I made it a habit to drink water in the morning after I wake up. This is really refreshing and will make you feel good the whole day. My problems as of now are limited access to fruits or fiber-rich foods and slimming exercises. I’m planning to buy lots of veggies and fruits on my next visit to the supermarket. I might enroll myself in a Zumba class within the month. Wish me luck!
