I can’t believe it’s been a week already! Time really flew, I went to the countryside this weekend to help my grandparents move some furniture around on Monday and back to Paris on Tuesday to sign the sale of my flat! If the sale goes through, I have been eying a beautiful lakeside piece of land in Guatemala, more on that next week!
Lots of excitement and little time to rest or dedicate to this blog.
I am very happy though, because I have more visits, commenting has taken off, and I feel that I am heading in a good direction. Alexa below 750K

Thank you! The land is looking pretty good, still have to wait for a week to be sure that my sale will go through, then I can make an offer!!
Thanks for the mention Pauline! Great job on the no smoking and the Alexa count. Trust me, it’ll continue to go down and you’ll be looking at 500k or 400k in no time. On a separate not, my younger brother visited Guatemala last spring and absolutely loved it.

Thanks you John. Guatemala is an amazing country, I lived there for almost 4 years already, there is so much diversity in such a small territory, I am really excited about the perspective to start something over there.

My pleasure DC! Yes, I am super serious about Guatemala! I have barely slept in days, thinking about it and all the cool things I could do, like a small guesthouse, a tropical garden, a wooden deck… my own private beach!!! More on that next week, have a great weekend!
Ohhhh that little piece of land sure looks nice! Good luck with all the events that have to happen in order for it to become a dream come true! CONGRATS ON THE CIG COUNT! That’s no small feat!
